Working out?

Has anyone started training for hunting season? I'm getting ready for elk season hitting the gym 3days aweek and walking 3 miles 3 days a week.

i've been curling ho-hos and walking from the couch to the fridge.

no hunting trips planned here.

I know I need to. I went scouting for deer/hog hunting this week and climbing hills and all the walking almost gave me a heart attack. It also didnt help that it was 100+ degree weather.

This is when muscle bound teenagers come in handy

All I really need to keep in shape is my eyes and trigger finger....honestly, I've never thought about doing any workouts or anything of that sort to get ready for hunting season.

If I drank much I would do Bud Curls... does Coke Zero curls count?

Now Rich your going to make us look bad. This OLD TIMER needs to hit the gym so this is as good a time as ever the wife and I rejoined last week so off to the gym.

I have been working out four times a week since nov 2009 (physical therapy).... I am just glad to be walking this year with a cane, my daughter tells me it is my kickstand.... hehehe

Ok rich I went to the gym and had a good work out a little to good the next two days I was so sore it was hard to comb my hair. LOL I cut back yesterday and so for all is good back at it tomorrow.

That's about all I have that's staying in place and working. But I did get a buff and wax hair cut last year. The wife has been after me to change my hair style for 30 years (She's not ask since) . I always told her that if I did it would be a buff and wax. Here's a pic.
