I got a pound of CFE 223.

Supposed to clean your barrel. The last time I was at the 10Ring they were out of it but they had some this time.
Anybody tried it yet?
It looks a lot like BL-C2 to me. And it smells like BL-C2. And I weighted some of it and it seems to weight like BL-C2.
I notice that the recipes given on the Hodgdon website http://data.hodgdon.com/cartridge_load.asp say you can put in about one more grain of CFE 233 than BL-C2 in the lighter bullets for .223 Remington. But the recipes call for CFE 223 and BL-C2 to use the same charge weight for heavier bullets for .223 Remington.
Lee publishes what the densities of powders are here: http://leeprecision.com/cgi-data/instruct/VMD.pdf but I could not find that for CFE 223. Anybody been able to find that?

It's on my list for after I get back to the States and get set up. It definitely sounds interesting.

I want to try it. I would like to know what is in it that cleans the barrel and will that chemical have any adverse affects on the barrel over time.

If it somehow cleans the barrel, does it clean out the gas system as well?
Or is it just a cleaner burning powder so that the barrel requires less cleaning?
If I come across some...I might have to give it a try. I'd like to see how it compares with the Varget I use as my goto powder in my 223's(cleanness and accuracy)

It is on my powder to try one of these days list.
I use a lot of H332 & H335 in my .223/.223 AI/5.56 NATO. My standard load for SS109 clone and for 55 gr plinking is H335.
I also use some AA2230 and AA2015 for .223 AI but I just started working loads for these two powders in my .223 AI.

On the burn rate chart CFE223 is at 103 right next to BL-C(2).

My .223 Savage LOVES this stuff! I did some testing @ 100yrds first I started the test with upping the charge by .5grs through the whole load range and found my gun loves 25.0gr then I did the test of all loaded with the same charge and playing with the bullet jump and my gun liked it .030 off the lands.....shot a .700 MOA Here is the target....
Added Later: I did find that the cleaning after a day at the range did not take as long, just was not that dirty!
