Perch Empty Perch

A couple of the perch we caught. Its really amazing how fast these little suckers fill the freezer!

I dont see how you get them to stay in the freezer. When I catch them and put them in the freezer they get cold and jump in the frying pan after they have had a roll in corn meal. greenwithenvy Congrats man.

The perch here are tiny tiny tiny. We do have 1 lake where they get nice but its 1.5 hours away.

very nice, healthy looking perch with good colors.... make for a great meal and a fish sandwich or fish tacos..... yummy....
