Bullet Swaging a whole new method

Ladies and gentlemen (term used loosely). Just about everyone here knows that I am a swage fan, I love to form my own. Imagine my suprise when I found a new bullet swaging video on youtube in French. Just for giggles, I watched anyway. I am very glad that I did, OMG. He has a setup like no other, made the equipment himself. (I know cause I have been in contact with account holder asking thousands of questions via email)



Well he told me that he was going to make a second video on the subject and did he ever. It to is in French but the words are in English per my request, I think cause that is what I asked him to and it is there.



So after asking even more questions (by now I feel like I am in school, cause I am definately paying attention) and receiving even more answers. I now must look at swaging from a different point of view. Since in the second video he is using rimfire as jackets my next question was what type of groups were they getting using this method. 1/2 minute with open sites at 100 yards!

He is doing some pretty kewl stuff just wish I could understand what he is saying. ... I kinda like his leveling the seated cores in the lathe .... did he happen to give his reasons for that to you in english?

That is neat the way he is doing it. I would love to see some close ups of the equipment. Wonder if that is a Rock Chucker he modified and is using upside down ??

yep its a rockchucker upside down .

That is slick - I don't guess I would have thought to turn it upside down and use it that way but looks like it us just as effective in the inverted position

uniformity, he is making match grade bullets for competition

Well the bullet smith has sent me some samples. OMG they are majorly sweet and very uniformed. Pics coming soon. He is a true master of the art of bullet swaging.
