Where can I get a 7.62x39 neck-only sizer for .311 bullets?

I got CZ 527 in 7.62x39.



Notice that the CZ-USA web site says:

The barrel of the 7.62x39 has a .311 bore.

So I want to try the .311 bullets like these



So I want a neck sizer only die for 7.62x39 that is for .311, not .308. But I cannot find one. Anybody know if they are even made?

Yes, that is close. I read the reviews and they say that is for .308. And I can special order the .311 mandrel from Lee. Does anybody offer one in .311 that is not a special order?

I'm not aware of anyone that has one specifically for .311. I use the speer bullets that you list above with my Lee full length sizer without any problems. You got me curious about what size the sizing button was in mine so I measured it this morning and it measured .308. Just for grins, I sized a couple of new cases and a couple of once fired cases this morning and the bullets seated with no problems.
I can't speak for the neck sizer dies as I have never used one but I don't think that the sizeing portion of the die would be any different than the FL - only that it works on the neck only instead of the entire length of the cartridge. Hope this helps.

I got the RCBS sizer for full length.

It has both size expanders, .308 and .311.



I was hoping that someone offered a neck only sizer with a .311 expander.

Can I use a .32 caliber pistol sizer die to size the neck of my 7.62x39mm rifle cases?

I have not tried it yet. That won't ruin anything, will it?

I found this in a magazine. It says:Neck sizing only works as intended if the sizing die supports the case body, to ensure the case neck and body are concentric.

That is in June 2003 issue of Handloader number 223.

So I guess that means "No"?
