Okla. Hog Hunt 2013

Got back from my Okla. hog hunt and lets just say we had a great time. Plenty of Ham's and Back straps in the freezer.

Congrats on the hogs! I could get along with ham, bacon, backstrap, and even some hog head cheese but I'll have to decline on the "possum-on-the half-shell" LOL... Looks like you had a good trip .

You may be able to in your back yard in the future. We had a group running around here in 2010. They paid for tails and say that they are under control now but who knows.

Yeah. I hear they got them down in Mesquite, NV now and there are several places over in Colorado.

Utah is paying $50 a coyote, be nice if they bounty hogs too once they get here, at least you can eat the hogs!

Where in Oklahoma did you hunt those hogs nic? We shoot two or three a week, we have so much hog in the freezer we give them away or just burn them on the pile.... they are a pain in the A$$.... Seaboard farms had a bounty on them for a few good years they were paying $20. to $25. a head, and we got to keep the meat... we were shooting a dozen a day then...

Near Velma. It was a blast and hope to get invited again next year. Maybe get over to Texahoma and do some striper fishing. Where about you at?

I live in yukon area, west of Oklahoma city... but our farm is north west oklahoma.... striper fishing is a blast at lake Texoma...

nice hogs you got there.. we got into bow hunting the stinky old hogs for a while, fun but had to get to close and took to long to hunt them.... but fun...
