40S&W ammo shot in a 45 acp

Today at a 3gun competition one of the competitors accidentally fired a 40s&w in his 45. I didn't see what he was shooting as far as firearm but did get to see the 40 case after being fired. Honestly I don't know if he had the 40 loaded in a 45 magazine or he grabbed a 40 mag. The fired case got stuck in the chamber. I handed them a rod to push the brass out, the RO looked at the bulged case and asked if the shooter was shooting a 40 and the shooter said no its a 45. I did get a picture of the case along side a 45 and a 40 case.  
If I could post pics from my phone I would, maybe I can but can't figure out how.

What is the reason I am getting the message "your file type is not allowed" it is showing it as a jpeg along side the choose file, then when I click host it it shows in red your file type is not allowed.

You may have to convert the file to a JPEG. I have found that a lot of sites do not accept all types of graphics files.
