Anyone have load data for 130g bullets in the 6.5 grendel?
Got a free box of nosler 130g accubonds in 6.5mm was going to load them up for my grendel but my load data does not cover anything that heavy, has anyone used the 130g class in the grendel?

I have not seen data for that heavy of a bullet. The last time I tried a bullet not listed, out would not chamber due to tight tolerance. My suggestion would be to call our email AA and see if that particular bullet would work.

Ive written them many e-mails with no response, ive seen a few ammo mfg`s making 130g ammo for the grendel but i cant find any data, ive made some mock rounds that chamber fine but leave little case capacity, its probably too heavy but im gonna try them anyways

Re: Anyone have load data for 130g bullets in the 6.5 grendel?
The last time Bill Alexander and I had talked, he had my Grendel in the shop. Well, the upper at least. I had bought some 120 grain Hornadys. They would not chamber at all. He wanted to look to see if maybe my chamber had been cut wrong. I thought they would work because of the 120 gr Nosler. Long story short, he realized that those particular horndy would not work because of the tight demintion of the chamber. Hornady had to lengthen the bullet and make it heavier for the grendel. It had to be the 123 Amax. Ever since, I never played around with different bullets not listed. As a matter of fact, using Tac, my favorite is the 120 Nosler BT. I get the best group with 28 grains... That group at 100 yards is 3 holes touching in a circle shape, and it never fails, 2 flyers, kinda makes 2 eyes over the 3 hole shot. It never fails. I can shoot 100 rouns, 5 shot groups and get the same pattern. This will make a good question in another thread....
