It feel's good
I tossed a blanket over the L-N-L ,and got out that hand held Lee-press , the RCBS 5-0-2 and a trickler ...
Loaded up some 45colt with a powder that I never used (IMR-PB)
Over the past 20 years of reloading , I'v only used jacketed boolets ,
tonight was my 1st time with LDFN ...

I had played a little with Lead in the past but not much. Last couple of years I have dove in the deep end and just enjoyed. I can shoot a lot more. Once you find a good load that doesn't lead your bore its nothing but cheap fun. Welcome to the club LOL

What bothered me was the story the 'old-timers' told me about a 22hornet , puting a hot load behind lead , with a fast twist rate , and 10 or 15 yds. you'd get a puff of smoke when the lead slung apart from the Centrifugal-Force ...
