What do you like red or green laser? Why? What light do you use?

Personally,at my age, I don't like lasers at all. Went to a gun show that had the on display and saw how much I really shake. At about 50 yds the dot was jumping at least a foot. Unless you plan on doing a lot of shooting on cloudy days go with a good red dot.
