32 win from 30-30 brass?

I have a supply of once fired30-30 win. brass . I would like to convert it to 32 Winchester ,will running it through sizing die and trimming them be enough? or is more required? Thanks. I no longer have 30-30 rifle but have still have other and no brass for it. Thanks
