universal mouth expander

took a seat punch put it on a taper. w/ a drill and grinder to get it to a taper . needs to be about 60deg taper . seems to work well. it will bell 32 -38 w/ a good fit for loading semi auto rounds. no case problems . might not be new,but what is qp

What size was the seat punch that you started with? What is one for a 38 Special?
