Rhino powder reloading data
Hi all
This is my first post to this forum and I really hope that someone can help
Situation is this : I just got my hands on some Rhino powder and can't seem to find a load data booklet like ie. the Hodgdon booklet or the Vithavuori booklet, does anyone know where to download this from
Thanks.

Re: Rhino powder reloading data
Let me see what I can come up with. I am reading on a site now that states that RWS Rhino is equal to Alliant. For example, Rhino 10 is the same poweder as Alliant RL-10x and Rhino 15 is the same as Alliant RL 15....
Which Rhino powder do you have? What caliber are you loading for?
Now, I do not know the accuracy of this information as it is from another forum. I am going to do some research and see if I can not find that actiual company and see what they say.
Welcome to ATG!!

Re: Rhino powder reloading data
The forum, Hunting Nut, This is where I got the information. I will go ahead and paste this. It may help. I have an email sent to Alliant asking about the 2 powders being the same. In the meantime, you can take this information for what it is. Again, I do not know if this is truthful or not, still waiting on the email from alliant.

Re: Rhino powder reloading data
Thanks a lot for the effort of finding the list for me
I just wonder, when Rhino is out there with their own brand of powder why is it so hard to find data, it just doesn't add up, or is it just me

Re: Rhino powder reloading data
Well, alliant just replied to my email. This is their answer..
I have never heard of Rhino powder so I have no idea what data it might require. I do not recommend making any assumptions as to what data this powder might use. Thanks for your note.

Well, Ben doesn't know if rhino is the same as their's according to what other forums are saying. I would not even be able to tell you how the other forum have found that information. I appologize that I wasn't able to help much....

Re: Rhino powder reloading data
I can only speak for myself ...
But when I reload a bullet , I research it checking for speed and accuracy , then go with a known powder ...
In my hummable opinion : When a new powder comes out ,I don't want to be first in line ...
