I know I have never met you. But my experience with people tells me that most sell themselves short. I believe you can do anything you put your mind to. Get all the information you can find. take your time and get the advice of people who have done that. What most colleges teach people is how to find out what they need to know. No body knows everything. That being said you I am sure can learn to do anything you want to do. Take your time Measure 10 times cut once. Believe in your self.

thank you thats very kind! i have tinkered a little i can take apart and put anything back together im most worried about the machine side of things if everything bolts together i know i could do it but i dont have the equipment to machine stuff and i dont have the tooling to measure headspacing etc but i do intend on buying a book to help me out thanks again!!

well there is a huge difference from capability and ability. if you don't have the machine tools to do the machining work then you don't have the capability. But that doesn't mean you don't have the ability. If you research out your plan you can arrange to have a gunsmith do the machine work for you while you do the assembly and fitting work.

yes this is true thank you so much! maybe i can get one soon and see what happens the frame and slide is in the finshed state so the barrel to slide and slide to frame should fit fine all the other parts i should be able to fit i do need to get a book though i found a good one online im gonna look into
