Deer Steak Fajitas
This is as simple as it gets guys.
The recipe for Fajitas is right on the back of the seasoning packet from the grocery store, same place you get your taco seasoning. Only difference is that you substitute your own deer steak for the beef steak.
Cut into thin strips and fry in oil with green peppers and onions. Then add your fajita seasoning and follow the directions on the back of the package.
I like to wrap mine in Large warm tortilla shells with sour cream, salsa, lettuce, cheese, and some raw purple onion finely chopped.
But you can add whatever you want on your Fajita, just think of it as a sandwich and put whatever you like on yours!

You would probably be more apt to get the neighbor's dog or cat?Daywalker wrote:Wonder if the local Mexican eating place serves those up...
Hey......I'd eat it if it taste good! Meat is meat in my opinion and if I was hungry enough, I'd eat a horse steak! The cowboys and indians did it when things got tough.......if it was good enough for them........then why not?

Well of course not..........that's a bit too far. Unless of course we were in a plane crash in the Hymalaya Mountains and no food. We would have to eat the small ones first cause they are the most tender.
