Copper Tubing Jackets
I would like to see a video on the process of making jackets from copper tubing. I have seen some of billarrington's pictures he has posted and they look very good. also great looking dies he has made. So, what I am really requesting is to see if he would consider making such a video for us on his process and equipment used.

Well now you got me interested since you all are so excited.......I gotta see this one! One question though, would it work for .452's or any other size boolit for that matter, or is it caliber specific?
I guess I should wait for the video before I start blabbing out questions?

well yes and no mo to be honest.. there is a way to expand the copper tubing but my dies start with 3/8 copper tubing then draw it down for use in 9mm jackets...so its not exactly caliber specific because u could make more draw dies and draw it down as far as u wanted to.....for a .45 bullet you would have to start with 1/2 inch tubing and draw it down to the proper dia.

Yeah...I'd really like to see how you roll the bottom edges over and create the base.

yea, i'm also interested to see how the dies form the base. this is something i would really love to do.. though, making hulls from 22lr jackets are easy enough.. but would be sweet to go copper.
